Disclaimer

You understand that by placing an order on this website it is your responsibility to ensure that the mailing address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not liable or responsible for any orders shipped to incomplete or inaccurate mailing addresses. Any additional costs incurred by K.J. Rockwise due to the customer providing incomplete or inaccurate information will result in the responsible party being billed for the costs incurred, in addition to a $20.00 CAD Processing Fee.

K.J. Rockwise does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. K.J. Rockwise does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.

Refund & Return Policy

  • We accept returns of Unopened/Unused Vaporizers ONLY. All other products and used products will not be accepted as returns. Refunds will ONLY be issued upon receiving the returned item, and its condition verified.
  • Once the condition of a return has been verified, a refund will be issued to the customer for the total amount paid, less a $25.00 CAD Restocking Fee.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
  • Here at K.J. Rockwise we perform repairs of Arizer products. If you have a damaged unit and would like to inquire about a repair please email: repairs@rockwise.net
  • Arizer products come with a manufacturer's warranty. K.J. Rockwise will honour Arizer warranties to the full extent of the warranty. Arizer warranty information can be found in the product Instructions Manual.

Limitation of Liability

K.J. Rockwise shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the services, products, and information offered on this site, or the performance of the services, products, and information.

As the ordinary or otherwise use(s) of products sold by K.J. Rockwise is outside the control of K.J. Rockwise, no representation or warranty, expressed or implied is made as to the effect(s) of such use(s) (including damage or injury), or the results obtained.

K.J. Rockwise expressly disclaims responsibility as to the ordinary or otherwise use(s) of the products sold on this website.  Furthermore, nothing contained herein should be considered as a recommendation by K.J. Rockwise as to the fitness for any use.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a K.J. Rockwise product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, K.J. Rockwise reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. K.J. Rockwise reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you have submitted payment with PayPal or your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, K.J. Rockwise shall issue a refund to your PayPal account or a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by K.J. Rockwise without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification, shall survive any termination.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless K.J. Rockwise, its proprietor, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions by you or any other person who accesses this site from your Internet account.
